>BarBaroS · AI-native device mesh

Your personal AI mesh.
One voice. Every device

An umbrella operating layer for the tech you already own. Encrypted terminal control, intelligent search, voice and local compute — unified into one stack that runs offline-first, with zero cloud lock-in.

FIG 01 · THE THESIS

Your tools don't talk to each other. We fixed that

Every app you rely on lives in its own silo, behind its own login, on someone else's server. Your terminal, your notes, your assistant, your data — fragmented, rented, and one outage away from gone.

BarBarOS takes the opposite path. One private mesh links your phone, laptop and workstation over an encrypted peer-to-peer backbone. Your code, knowledge and compute stay on your devices. AI runs on top — not as a landlord, but as a tool you own.

FIG 02 · THE ECOSYSTEM

Four products. Three labs.
One operating layer

Everything here is real code Onur runs daily. The products are built for you; the in-house labs are the engines that run BarBarOS itself.

FIG 03 · ONE BACKBONE

Not seven apps.
One ecosystem

Every product shares one identity, one encrypted peer-to-peer backbone, and one bring-your-own-AI brain. They don't just sit side by side — they call each other. Knowledge becomes voice, voice becomes commands, commands move your whole fleet, and everything you do flows back in as searchable context. No central server, no data broker — Device Connect is the hub in your pocket, and every other product reaches you through it.

Integration in action

Ask out loud, hear it back

Query your whole knowledge base by voice — İlim runs the hybrid search, Nexus speaks the answer.

İlim → Nexus Planned

Speak, and your PC acts

Say “deploy the site” or “run the tests.” Nexus routes it through Device Connect to your workstation.

Nexus → Device Connect Planned

Command the whole fleet

Approve actions, wake machines and watch sessions across every device from one phone — ARGUS keeps it secure.

Trade approvals in your pocket

The algo lab pushes one-tap trade confirmations to your phone through Device Connect, with strict risk caps.

Everything becomes searchable

Fleet telemetry, logs and sessions feed back into İlim — so your own activity becomes part of your knowledge.

FIG 04 · WHAT WE STAND ON

Four principles, enforced in code

01

Freedom

No vendor lock-in. Your data, your devices, your terms. Open-source-friendly and bring-your-own-AI from day one.

02

Intelligence

AI that understands mesh topology, market structure, knowledge drift and voice nuance — not a generic chatbot bolted on.

03

Pragmatism

It works offline. It's profitable where it can be, research-grade where it has to be. Honest about what's shipped and what isn't.

04

Craftsmanship

Every product is a codebase, an audit and a live case study. Built by one operator who runs the whole stack daily.

FIG 06 · THE OPERATOR

One person, one workstation, a full stack

BarBarOS started as personal infrastructure — a mesh of a phone, a laptop and a workstation, orchestrated by AI and running entirely on owned hardware. Everything you see here is something used daily, not a deck.

Now it's becoming a company: BarbarOS Technologies LLC, registered in New Mexico. The model is deliberately founder-aligned — open-source-friendly tools, bring-your-own-AI, and an optional managed layer for the parts you'd rather not self-host. No surveillance, no data harvesting, no lock-in.
