These terms govern your use of barbarostechnologies.com, the corporate website of BarbarOS Technologies LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008113901). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This is an informational website describing our company and the products we build. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a binding commitment, a warranty of future functionality, or professional advice of any kind. Product descriptions and roadmaps reflect our intent at the time of writing and may change.
3. Products are governed separately
Our software products — including Ormur and Device Connect — are licensed under their own end-user agreements and privacy policies, published with each product. Those documents, not these terms, govern your use of the software itself. Where they conflict with this page in respect of a product, they prevail.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, code, logos and the BarbarOS and Ormur marks — is owned by BarbarOS Technologies LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the pages; you may not copy, republish or use the branding to represent another product or service without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;
- interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated overload;
- use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material;
- scrape or reuse the content in a way that misrepresents its origin.
