ShopLens AI — Terms of Service
1. Parties
These terms form an agreement between BarbarOS Technologies LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA) and you, the user of the ShopLens AI application. By using the app you accept them.
2. What the service does — and does not do
ShopLens AI displays grocery prices compiled from publicly available sources and helps you compare them.
Stated plainly:
- Prices may be out of date. Data comes from a third-party source (marketfiyati.org.tr for Turkey) and depends on how often that source refreshes. We have measured lags exceeding 36 hours. The price on screen may differ from the price at the till.
- We do not provide stock information. We never claim an item is available in a given store — we have no such data.
- We do not claim products are identical. When we show alternatives we group items of a similar class; that is not a statement that they are the same product.
- We are not a seller. Any purchase is between you and the store. We take no payment, carry no orders and make no deliveries. Problems with a product or a store must be raised with that store.
3. Your account
- Provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- You may not create an account if you are under 13.
- You may delete your account at any time: Settings → Hesabımı Sil, or here.
4. Unacceptable use
- Automated bulk querying, evading rate limits, or otherwise straining the service.
- Copying and republishing our data without permission, or reselling it as a commercial data product.
- Attempting to access another person's account or to circumvent security controls.
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts breaching this section may be suspended or closed without notice.
5. Fees
The app is currently free and contains no in-app purchases. If we introduce a paid plan, its price and scope will be shown clearly on the purchase screen, and we will not retroactively start charging for features that are free today. Any subscription would be managed and cancelled through your Google Play or App Store account.
6. Intellectual property
The application, its interface, brand and code belong to BarbarOS Technologies LLC. Prices and product information belong to their respective sources, which are credited on screen.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that price information is current, accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from purchasing decisions you make in reliance on the app. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will announce it in-app as early as practicable and provide a way to delete your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer resident in Turkey or in the EU/EEA, you retain the mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
