Delete Ormur account data
Delete one paired device
In Ormur, open Fleet, select the paired device and choose Revoke. This invalidates that device's credential and removes its active device identity from the Ormur mesh. You can do this without contacting us.
Delete all remaining Ormur data
Ormur does not use a traditional email-and-password account. Its account identity is the set of device credentials in your private mesh. To delete all remaining connection metadata, email us using the link below. Include the device label shown in Ormur and, if available, the final four characters of its displayed device key so we can verify the request without asking for terminal content.
Request complete Ormur data deletion
We may ask you to confirm control of a paired device. We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
What is deleted
- device identity public keys and labels;
- private-mesh IP assignments;
- online/offline presence and last-seen records;
- unused pairing tokens and associated connection metadata;
- short-lived connection diagnostics associated with the verified mesh, where identifiable.
What is not stored
BarbarOS never receives terminal commands, terminal output, keystrokes, AI credentials or files transferred between your paired devices, so there is no copy of that content on our systems to delete.
Limited records we may retain
Google controls Play purchase history. We may retain only records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax or dispute handling, and only for the applicable statutory period. Such records are not used for advertising or tracking.
